A: You can search for a home from our homepage by typing in a city and state or zip code which will take you to the Search Results page showing all the listings in that city or zip code. Using the other search criteria shown on the Search Results page will allow you to see all the listings that meet that criteria. For instance, typing “$400,000” in the “Maximum Price” field will allow you to see all the listings under $400,000. To view one particular listing, search by city and state or zip code on the home page, then enter the Listing ID in the space indicated on the search results page. You can narrow the range of listings by specifying additional criteria, such as price range, number of bedrooms, or open house listings only.
Q: How do I schedule an appointment to see a home?
A: Click on the Calendar icon above the photo of one of the listings in your search results and then “Request Appointment.” On the calendar, click on the word “Request” for one of the available times and dates.
Q: Why don't some listings contain all of the property details, such as the number of bedrooms or bathrooms?
A: Some sellers may have chosen not to list all the features of the home on their listing. The property listing will have only those details provided by the seller. For additional information about the property, please contact the seller by clicking the ‘Contact Seller’ button located in the property listing.
